My dog was poorly diagnosed, he had an abscess that just needed to be cleaned and desinfected, instead they found a way to make seem like he had a tumor and took samples to send to the lab, which obviously where added costs to a bill that was already ridiculously high for an abscess, plus the stress they caused my family. They kinda cleaned my dog's wound and sent him home with antibiotics. The lab results were supposed to be back the day after or at the latest two days later, they never called me or the vet and if I wouldn't had called back for the results almost a week later they wouldn't have bothered. The results state that what my dog had was an infected abscess... Which was obvious, but since they never cleaned it thoroughly he still has an infection there... Oh and to add to it, they take your payment before they even do any procedures to your beloved pet!
What a relief it was to walk into this place with my poor dog needing stitches and meet a friendly, compassionate staff at 1 am on a Sunday. Thank you so much for putting him back together!
Next time I've an emergency with my pets 'll have to take them somewhere else unfortunately
Not only is it great having a place to take my animals to when all other practices are closed, I couldn't ask for a more kind and caring staff.
I brought my dog Leo in on a Sunday morning. He was in acute respiratory distress and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He was in critical condition and we didn't know if he was going to make it. Dr. Bessler, Dr Baker, Barbara(tech) and staff were not only efficient but caring to not only Leo but my husband and I. They gave us all the different treatment options for Leo and supported our decisions without judgement. They took care of Leo for more than an hour before even approaching us regarding payment which is very rare. He was there for 24 hours and I felt comfortable leaving him there in there kind and capable hands. Leo survived and is doing well,,, thanks to them!
We had an extremely positive experience with Dr. Bessler, Dr. Baker and the whole team (especially under the difficult circumstances!) Our pet Rusty was bitten by a venomous snake and we had to bring him in on extremely short notice. The team was professional, fast, calm and did the right things to get him back in shape. The receptionist even went out of her way to give us some recommendations on what to do in the area while we waited for the lab results! Overall, we had one of the best vet experiences ever (and that's with 3 pets over 8 years). I mean they even have free Keurig coffee for those long nights waiting for your best friend to be ok. It's those little things that show how much they care about the animals and the owners. If there is an emergency, do the right thing. Bring them here.
