Staff was extremely kind and friendly and check in and out was quick and easy! The car(s) were clean and met my expectation and if it wasn't they said I could return and exchange it no problem. I rent cars often throughout the year for traveling with my son's basketball team and thus has been the best experience and rates and I will stick with Avis/Budget!
Second time in a couple of months renting here and everything has been great. From reservations, pick ups, the cars and drop off, all good!
DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service! Would never rent with them again. After reserving vehicle online using a credit card, I was told I was not able to rent the vehicle. Spent hours there to resolve, the manager was rude and nasty, and one of the employees made verbal threats. Filed a complaint with corporate and the employees are still working there. Should've taken it further and filed a police report, but my trip was too far behind schedule.
I've only dropped off cars here, so I am not sure how their rental is, but their customer service is excellent every time I have gone. They are extremely quick, professional and friendly in all that they do. I once forgot an item in my car overnight and the following day the woman behind the desk looked around the car for me and called me to tell me she had found it. Very satisfied with how they do business here.
