Ugggg, the most inconvenient place to get a car from... They don't accept debit unless they run a credit check... It's just horrible and inconvenient for some people because not everyone has credit... Def will never rent from. This place ever....
So I got to the Budget Nanuet location around 7:20am for a 7:00 reservation that I had booked weeks ago. Could you believe it.. no cars! No cars?!?!? A car rental place with no cars. I had rented from Budget at this location a few weeks before without a problem. I guess it happens, but Budget should look into it to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I'm good with Budget. Hey.. you can't beat the rates and the cars are good. Well I didn't get loud. Guess I could have, but I knew it wasn't the representatives fault. And she had just opened up the shop and had to immediately deal with this nonsense. Btw, I wasn't the only customer there. There were several people. The representative somehow got me a car without a long wait. She did good. Kudos to Bertha. She was excellent.
They have no respect for their customers. The customer service is pathetic.
Lady at desk slow. And she skipped so many people was sitting there for over 2 hrs. Very rude after manager asked her to do something on phone and she hung up on manager and still refused. So unprofessional, the lady actually had her child in the car running back and forth out of office to check on her while 3 other customers complain. DON'T EVER COME HERE !!
They are really slow always one person when I am coming in Friday to pick a car I don’t know about other days ,seems they take there time bring another person if you can’t handale 2 Customer or more or just don’t book to many cars
