This is the closest Apple stole for me and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I got my new phone set up in a timely manner and also some accessories I needed.
I normally only leave good reviews however this store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The are under staffed as far as phone techs as I came in today and they said I have to schedule for Saturday to get my phone looked at? It's wedensday! I can't be without a phone for 3 days I own a business and I have a sick child and his school could need to call me. I am second thinking the whole apple thing if it's this hard to get service and such few stores. Terrible don't spend your money here!
Awesome store with awesome service. There's a bit of a wait but completely worth the service that you receive.
What happened to the great customer service one used to get at this apple store? When I bought apple products in the past I felt comforted knowing I would be helped right away by competent staff if I had a problem or a question. Are all apple stores like this one now?? The wait time is ridiculous. I was helped by a woman who was anxious to take her break and I didn't get the proper help I needed. Never thought I would say this but it makes me rethink buying apple products...
Apple used to be known for its stellar customer service. I see they've gotten too big to provide individual customer service. I used to be able to reach the store directly when I called the store's number; now, someone answers curtly after a 20 minute wait, and before I can finish saying why I'm calling, they transfer me to Apple Care, which is not what I need. The experience in this store is disappointing too. You come in and there are about a dozen employees, not all of them helping other customers, but not one will help you.
