My wife and I recently purchased replacement appliances for our kitchen. Our experience with this store was awesome. Every step of the process was seamless, from an incredibly well appointed showroom that was immaculate and stocked with all the major brands, to very helpful sales personnel, to a prompt visit from the installation team that made it very clear what modifications were necessary. We returned to the store on 2 occasions, our salesman was off on both days, so we were helped by Joe, the store manager. He was incredibly patient with all of our questions and concerns, spent quite a bit of time with us, and made the entire experience a pleasure. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for any kind of household appliance, and their prices can't be beat. Thank you Joe and thank you P.C. Richard & Sons.
Amazing service! My wife and I went in to by a few things. We didn't really know what to look for but that wasn't the problem with the staff. They explained all the details and our options. Which made our decision so much easier. What's even better zero pressure. Robert really took care of us. We will be back for sure.
My experience PC Richards today was awesome. Everyone treated me like family. The the sales person and electronics help me with all my needs and answer all my questions. The young lady in the front by the name Rita was very nice and pointed me in the direction I need it to go to find my item. This store is by far the best thing that has ever happened to me! The salesperson,Tommy Irizarry was amazing from the beginning. He made my journey through finding the perfect appliance and television for my home a perfect one! Take it from someone that had a difficult time trusting salespeople, if you want to have a knowledgeable person when purchasing anything for your home go to the PC Richard in Nanuet and ask for the amazing Tommy!
This place is beyond phenomenal. Mark and the other associates are very polite and funny. They weren't pushy when I was looking for a tv. They really care about how they treat their customers. I ended up coming back the next day because I couldn't find a better deal. I bought my tv and love it. Definitely a place to consider when buying electronics or appliances!!!!
